When you spawned in the taiga of this seed, there will be two villages to the east and west. You can’t see them from the spawn, but it doesn’t take long to walk to them.
They’re definitely worth the trip because both villages have a blacksmith shop, and one of the blacksmith’s chest contains three diamonds. On top of that, there’s also a mineshaft between the two towns, giving you plenty of opportunities to find great items right from the start.
Minecraft PC 1.10.X Seed: -2328066851360225452
To find the first village, go left from the spawn point until you reach 126 / 68 / 287. This village is built partially over a river and partially on a hill. The blacksmith shop is up against the hill, but thankfully it’s all still there, including the chest. You can find saplings, bread, apples, and one gold ingot inside the chest. That may not be very exciting, but this seed isn’t over yet.
The abandoned mineshaft is found on the way to the next village. Head to the west and at 96 / 66 / 360 you’ll see an opening in the side of the hill. If you look in (be careful not to fall!) you can see the ravine. At the bottom of the ravine, there are several mineshaft openings either marked by rails or wooden walkways.
You can explore the mineshaft for yourself to try to find chest minecarts or rare ores in the walls of the mineshaft. If you’re just interested in the diamonds, though, keep heading west on the surface of the seed.
You’ll have to navigate around and over hills, but at -128 / 63 / 345 you’ll see the beginning of the village. (Or the beginning of the pathways at least.)
This is a fairly large village with plenty of villagers and crop plots, but of course, the best part is the blacksmith shop. Inside of the chest, you’ll find apples, iron boots, and three diamonds. Finding one diamond in a blacksmith’s chest is rare, but three at once is an amazing find!
This seed gives you the opportunity to have a great start on your survival. Explore around to see what other amazing things you can find!
